Known for his precision, artistry, and ability to create hair that feels both elevated and effortless, Phillip brings a refined, intentional approach to every guest he serves. As the founder of Santal, his vision is simple: deliver exceptional work, cultivate a space rooted in luxury and calm, and create an experience that feels curated at every touchpoint.

    Guest Care Coordinator

    Kenna is the friendly at guest care. As a guest care coordinator, she loves connecting with guests the moment they walk in and helping them find the right products to keep their hair looking and feeling amazing.

    With a personality that’s friendly, kind, and bubbly, Kenna brings positive energy to every interaction. She absolutely loves the salon’s vibe and feels lucky to work alongside a team she shares real connections with.

    Kenna is also excited to take the next step in her beauty career—she’ll be starting her cosmetology journey in August of 2026!

    Outside of the salon, you’ll find her curled up with a good book and her Dalmatian Athena —her favorite cuddle buddy.
