The Santal Academy is our apprenticeship program designed to develop the next generation of exceptional hairstylists through real-world, hands-on education.
Unlike the traditional beauty school model, Santal Academy apprentices learn alongside our Elite Stylists in a luxury salon environment, gaining practical experience with real guests every day. Apprentices are students and are not yet licensed professionals. Every service they perform is part of their education and is completed under the guidance and mentorship of experienced Santal educators.
This approach allows apprentices to build confidence, master technical skills, and develop the elevated guest experience that defines Santal from the very beginning of their careers.
